Wealth of the Sinner Program from Proverbs 13:22 & Habakkuk 2:4-8
"...he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope."  (1 Cor. 9:10)

The warrior in battle should not be distracted in warfare nor lose motivation to endure by wondering if their efforts in battle will be rewarded!   A plan for the fair, orderly, and Biblical transfer of the wealth of the sinner serving to incentivize participation in battle.  This program is the ONLY method to best assure your hard spiritual warfare is based in hope of financial return.

It's not right nor tolerable to rob spoils of battle from the victorious warrior, yet that is exactly what will happen without a plan such as this one.  My own experience is that I was sent into spiritual warfare ALONE to battle against ES&S by the pastor.  I have been faithful in that battle.  Then sermons from the pulpit tell the entire congregation that they also will receive the wealth of the sinner, and at least one person decided they too would vie for the same exact wealth item though they never allied with me in that battle.  Thankfully, I foresaw such a scenario and already had this plan in place to maintain order in wealth distribution.

This Biblical plan gives priority to warriors who name a "prophetic sign" that, if fulfilled and if legitimately prophetic, assures every warrior the hope of receiving their rightful share.  "Prophetic signs" are used in preference to "casting lots" to settle competitive claims although "casting lots" may end up being the last resort in rare cases.

For the context and purposes of this discussion (only), a warrior is understood to be one who selects a specific wealth item belonging to the sinner and contends for it honorably in spiritual warfare in expectation that it is laid up for said warrior as the warrior's spoils of that battle.

We're assured this plan is absolutely Biblical by scripture teachings like -
Proverbs 13:22b - "...the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just."

Habakkuk 2:4-8 - "4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.

5 Yea also, because he transgresseth by wine, he is a proud man, neither keepeth at home, who enlargeth his desire as hell, and is as death, and cannot be satisfied, but gathereth unto him all nations, and heapeth unto him all people:

6 Shall not all these take up a parable against him, and a taunting proverb against him, and say, Woe to him that increaseth that which is not his! how long? and to him that ladeth himself with thick clay!

7 Shall they not rise up suddenly that shall bite thee, and awake that shall vex thee, and thou shalt be for booties unto them?

8 Because thou hast spoiled many nations, all the remnant of the people shall spoil thee; because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein."

"Yea also" are the first words of v. 5, and in combination with the word "these" in v. 6 serve to carry the subjects  of v. 4 through to the following verses.  This allows us to see that "the just" are the recipients in vv. 7-8 of "booties" and "spoil".  These terms, booty and spoils, are used in Numbers 31:32 and other contexts for the victorious warrior receiving the wealth of the vanquished.  Thus we learn how the wealth transfer can be conducted orderly as we are doing with this project - primarily to the warriors that enjoined the battle in good faith. 

"Old wine skin" believers who won't enjoin battle through this program because they think our destiny is to be raptured prior to the fulfillment of Pro. 13:22b are sadly without a warrior's portion, but nonetheless they should appreciate the efforts of other warriors rather than be covetous of our portion.

As the plowman must plow in hope, and as the thresher must thresh in hope, so the warrior must enjoin battle in hope.  We must be orderly and fair to warriors who enjoined battle hoping for specific items of wealth as their spoil.

Naming a prophetic sign ahead of time by each warrior is the way to settle contentions of who the wealth item goes to when God wrestles the asset away from the sinner.  If no prophetic sign is named by a warrior for a specific wealth item, that warrior cannot have priority over a warrior that did name a sign, regardless of whether said sign is fulfilled.  In other words, the wealth item is laid up for the just in the following order:

1.  Fulfilled prophetic sign of high uniqueness

2.  Named a prophetic sign of high uniqueness may beat a fulfilled sign of insufficient uniqueness.  I hope we can keep this scenario from occurring, but let's allow for freedom during warfare.  We'll settle afterwards.

3.  Named a prophetic sign, but of all prophetic signs named, none were fulfilled.  This case prevails totally over warriors who did not name a prophetic sign at all.

4.  Did not name a prophetic sign, but neither did anyone else.

Finally, expenses incurred in good faith by warring as a soldier are required to be receipted as tithes, offerings, or reasonably considered for reimbursement as per 1 Cor. 9:7 "Who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges?"

An example of naming a prophetic sign would be what I've done over ES&S: "The attorneys for (said sinner) shall fall into mud wearing their dress wear and be muddied face to dress shoe and it be recorded for all the world to see as a sign of the shame of what they do and as a sign that the worldwide wealth/assets (liquid, real, and personal)/valuables belong to me as my spoils of battle."  Your sign may be similar or not, but if it is a mere too likely occurrence not requiring God's intervention, it will be at a disadvantage in a tie scenario.

These prophetic signs connecting the warrior with the wealth item are the "vital statistics", if you will, of this project.

Longevity and type of battle efforts will be used for rationing between wealth item recipients.  This is where voice recordings and in-person witnesses are important.  PLEASE be accompanied regularly into battle by fellow warriors for this reason!  Voice record warfare done at home and upload the voice files to cloud storage periodically for supporting evidence.  If you have ideas for better logging of warfare sessions, please say so to us and others.  Everyone will appreciate your good ideas!
HOW TO ENTER
1.  Start documenting your spiritual warfare.  Don't expect to get spoils without being a warrior.  This is DAILY warfare if it is to stand much chance to compete for the spoils.  Examples include recording your declarations plus knowing where people can find YouTube videos of your instructional seminars and the like.

2. Decide your prophetic sign, publish it on a web page, and store that web page with the WayBackMachine at  https://archive.org/web/.   The less likely the sign can occur naturally, the better your chances in other contenders' judgments.  Can you enter multiple signs?  That's between your conscience and God, but no one can stop you.  Obviously it might be a good strategy.
